Northern Branch Office located in Montgomery County
June 9, 2011- Phillip Arroyo, Director Montgomery County Branch office of the American Red Cross makes an appearance on the morning show of Univision TV-Channel 45 to talk about “How to Be Red Cross Ready” during hurricane season.
Services provided out of this branch office include:
- Disaster Relief assistance to families impacted by residential fires.
- Community Disaster Education
- Emergency Communications to members of Armed Forces and their families.
- First Aid/CPR/AED Courses
- Baby Sitting Courses
The specialty in this branch office is its attention to water safety, particularly safe boating and kayaking.It is also very active with Scouting programs, providing first aid, CPR and youth related Emergency Response with Lifeguarding. In addition to Scouting programs, the Northern Branch Office has a very active program for teens.
