Exceptional Red Cross Volunteers to Be Honored - April 18th

Our trained, dedicated volunteers provide the vast majority of our programs and services. They make it possible for our Chapter to provide services to almost six million people in 16 counties. The Greater Houston Area Chapter of the American Red Cross will honor a number of exceptional volunteers from through out the Houston area at it’s Annual Volunteer Recognition and Awards Ceremony. The event will serve the volunteers a hot breakfast buffet and will be held Saturday, April 18th from 10:00 a.m. until noon, Central Houston Office, 2700 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77098.

Honorees will receive one of the eight Red Cross awards:

Sally Bossung
Exceptional Volunteer/Group
Guardian
Nuts-N-Bolts
Reliability
Rising Star
Youth Sponsor Awards

Each award represents specific criteria of volunteer leadership from either an individual or company.

Entertainment Provided by Rice School of Music Trio Altissima Strings and Cinco Ranch Ensemble featuring Red Cross Club Members.
