Managing Director, Regional Grouping
Job Description
Provides overall support for Community Chapters acting as the point of contact to the Regional Chapter and National Headquarters. This position is responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to enhance the strength of the regional group in service delivery. This position is also responsible for developing relationships with all state regional chapters and neighboring state regional chapters
Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience and willingness to assess, plan and implement fundraising strategies. Experience in planning and overseeing programs and solving operational and procedural problems. Demonstrated ablility to motivate the participation and cooperation of employees and volunteers. Possess decisive, innovative and proactive decision making with strong vision and implementation skills.

Education Required:
Four year college degree preferred

Position Type: Full Time
Travel Required: 10% of the time (approximate)
